By-Laws Update and 2026 Board Meeting Dates

2026 Board Meetings are scheduled for the following dates:

February 9 at 6:30 (minutes under Board News)

April 20 at 6:30 (minutes under Board News)

July 20 at 6:30

Annual Homeowners Meeting:  October 19 at 6:30


Meetings are held at the Bay Shore Community Church at 38288 London Avenue/Lighthouse Road, Selbyville, DE. 

Pool Dates and Hours for 2026

The pool is now closed for the 2025 season.  It will re-open May 22, 2026. Pool hours are 9 AM to 9 PM daily.

This is an area to store RV's, campers, boats, trailers and like items. The Dry Storage Lot is limited and may no longer have slots available for rent. However, a waiting list is available. Please contact the Board by email at: lighthousecrossinghoa@gmail.com to determine if a slot is currently available or to add your name to the waiting list. Town Council meetings are generally on the first Monday of every month except for holidays, and are open to the public.
